1. Simple elimination method (air/physical blockage)
Suction nozzle exhaust
Hold the nozzle and suck hard several times (similar to sucking a straw) to exhaust the air in the pipe. Most of them can resume water after restarting.
Shake the body
Fill the water tank with 2/3 water, shake it up and down for 30 seconds to loosen the internal bubbles or impurities.
Flush the interface
Unplug the nozzle and rinse the nozzle interface with water for 30 seconds; at the same time, clean the water outlet plug and pipe.
2. Deep cleaning (scale blockage)
White vinegar soaking method
Inject 1/3 white vinegar + 2/3 clean water into the water tank, start the water flosser and let the mixed liquid flow through the pipe.
Or soak the whole machine in white vinegar for 5 minutes, soften the scale and rinse it clean.
Pipe dredging
If scale accumulation can be seen at the interface, use a fine needle/toothpick to gently scrape it off (avoid damaging the sealing ring). 3. Ultimate Solution
Nozzle Problem
Broken Removal: If the nozzle is broken in the interface, screw a pointed screw into the broken part and pull out the fragments with pliers.
Replace the oral irrigator nozzle: Press or rotate the buckle to remove the old nozzle, and install the new nozzle in line with the interface (make sure the model matches).
Hardware Failure
If the machine makes a sound when idling but does not produce water, it may be that the water pipe is flattened, the pump body is faulty, or the battery is aging. The machine needs to be disassembled for inspection:
Check whether the water pipe is deformed (repair or replace).
The power supply is normal but the motor does not work, and the motor or battery needs to be replaced.
Disassembling the machine may cause water leakage, so be careful if you are not a professional (refer to the brand maintenance guide)
